Due to an urgent need for more living space, Mark’s growing family considered moving out of their attractive period property, located in leafy Chiswick.

Just a short stroll away from the banks of the river Thames and a stone’s throw from Chiswick Lane’s recreational ground, which is the perfect spot for energetic ‘teens’, meant these residents did not want to uproot.  A basement conversion with a side return extension and a full property refurbishment ensured that they remain in their much loved home.

Design instruction
High spec fit- out including the installation of a large walk-on glazing forming part of the internal space.

Configuration of new space: Large play room, bathroom, study and utility room.
