Parson’s Green, SW6

Size: 85 m²
Project details
Parson’s Green has retained its delightful ‘village feel’ and features a wide choice of independent local shops, restaurants and bars. Lisa’s desirable house is only a hop, skip and jump away from the tranquillity of Eel Brook Common and Chelsea’s King’s Road and Fulham Road are both within walking distance. Lisa and her family had no intention of moving and a basement conversion, along with the refurbishment of the kitchen will ensure that they remain in their home.

The following selection of featured images shows that the excavation is complete in addition to the setting up of temporary supports, the underpinning, installation of steel works and reinforcement, installation of a drainage system, casting of the concrete slab and the waterproofing, using the Delta membrane
